The Palms at Mesa has monthly pest control treatments for the clubhouse, pool and ramada area, greenbelts, playgrounds, and common area walkways throughout the community. This does not include homeowner property including driveways, walkways, etc. Additionally, scorpion treatments may be done on an as needed basis.

Termite Coverage

The Palms at Mesa maintains termite warranties for all buildings in the community. The details and vendor for each of these buildings is listed below. The warranty and responsibility of the of the homeowners association only covers the exterior of the buildings. For any interior treatments (i.e. requires treatment from within your property), the owners are responsible for the associated costs. In some cases, discounts are given for interior treatments. Contact your warranty vendor for more information (see the warranty information below).
