If you guest is parallel parking near a town home, ensure that know to park completely within a 22 foot green guest parking stall denoted by the green markings on the curbs.
There are also 30 green guest parking stalls East, North, and West of the clubhouse.
2. Navigate to tpam.parkingattendant.com and select Preauthorize

This can be done from any smart phone, computer, or tablet with Internet access.

Enter the unit number and host PIN code.
Enter the expiration time for the preauthorization link. This is the amount of time that your guest will have to enter their registration details.
Select the Continue button

You can share the link with your guest via email, text message, or any other messaging platform supported by your phone
The link will be active for the amount of time that you selected on the prior screen (default is 24 hours)

Your guest will enter their license plate but the unit number and host PIN code are prepopulated and not required because they were provided during the preauthorization process.
Your guest enters the starting time for the registration in the Starting field
If they want the guest registration to begin immediately they can leave this as "right now"
If they want the guest registration to start in the future, they select change and choose the desired start date and time
Your guest selects the duration in the Parking for field
Note that you should let your guest know that you have limited guest parking time and they should only use was is needed during their visit
Your guest can enter their email and/or phone number if they would like a notification when their parking registration is expiring

A guest registration can also be verified by selecting the Current Safelist option on the main menu.
