Online payments can be made using the online payment option provided by our property management company or via your bank's online billpay service. See instructions for each option below.

Online payments can be made at https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home. Below is the information you will need for setting up online payments:

Property Account ID: Located on your monthly billing statement
Bank Billpay Option
Bank Billpay Option
You can set up online billpay via your bank’s service or you can mail payments directly. Issue payment to your association, reference your account number (located on your monthly billing statement), and mail to the address below.

Checking Your Account Balance
Owners can check their account balance by viewing their monthly statement that is either emailed or mailed. Owners can also verify their account balance by visiting the Caliber Web Portal hosted by our property management company.
