There are 3 types of vehicle registration:

1. Garage Registration - Vehicles parking in the garage of a unit must be registered using the Vehicle Registration Form.  This is a one-time registration process that only needs to be updated when vehicles parking in the garage have changed.

2. Blue Resident Parking Stall Registration - Vehicles with leased permits have their vehicles automatically registered to the blue decals provided to them.  If additional blue decals are required, please use the Blue Permitted Parking Decal Request.  Up to 3 decals may be issued for a leased blue parking stall.

3. Green Guest Parking Registration - Guest vehicles must register each time they park in any green guest parking stall in the community.  In order to register a private pin code is required.  See the Parking How-To for instructions on registering at tpam.parkingattendant.com.

• Each unit is designated garage parking only.  The green/white parking stalls in front of the units are designated for guests and require registration in the parking system.  Once registered at tpam.parkingattendant.com guest vehicles can park in any of the green stalls in the community including those in front of the clubhouse.

• All guest vehicles parking in the green guest parking stalls must be properly parked in a 22 foot marked stall.  

• For green/white parking violations, all units will receive 2 violation warnings and then will be towed on the 3rd violation.

• All vehicles parking in blue permitted stalls must display a blue resident parking decal that is activated to their vehicle license plate.  Violators will be towed immediately.

• Gross parking violations such as blocking a shared driveway, parking on landscaping, etc. will result in an immediate tow.
