How to register guests that are using rental cars

When you guest initially arrives register them by following the instructions in how to register a guest vehicle

If your guest will only be parking briefly and you are able to cover the time with your monthly guest parking hours then no additional steps are needed. If your guest will be staying for an extended period of time and your guest parking time will not be sufficient then complete the guest parking exception request

Wait for email confirmation from the property manager that the special permit has been approved and setup in the parking attendant system
