Providers

The City of Mesa provides water, sewer, and trash/recycling collection service.

Salt River Project (SRP) provides electrical service.

All City Towing is the community towing service.

Trash and Recycling Collection

Trash (black bin) pickup is on Saturday.

Recycling (blue bin) pickup is on Wednesday.

Bins should be placed in the street no later than 6:00 am.

Mailboxes

There are two sets of mailboxes: one on the east side of the clubhouse and one on the west side of the clubhouse. A box for outgoing mail is available by the mailboxes on the west side of the clubhouse.

The mailbox structures and parcel lockers are managed by the HOA. Individual mailbox keys and locks should be managed by the homeowner.

Mailbox lock, key, and repair services are available from providers such as Express Mailbox. The Palms at Mesa does not have a provider relationship with any specific mailbox service providers.
