Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 full sized pools, 3 grill areas, 2 spas, and 2 playgrounds. We have a diverse community with an active social committee and neighborhood watch.

All vehicles parking in the green guest parking stalls in front of the units and around the clubhouse must be registered at http://tpam.parkingattendant.com
Parking is limited and there is no more resident street parking available for 2023. Make sure you are familiar with the community parking rules.
