Get familiar with the parking rules. The Palms at Mesa has limited parking and each unit only includes the garage parking in the unit. The 220 parking spots in front of the 369 units are shared using a parking system. Each owner is assigned 168 hours of parking per month and they must register all guest vehicles parking in the green parking stalls. To register a guest please get the 4 digit passcode that was provided to the owner of each unit.

Each unit includes 2 garage parking spaces and 168 hours per month of guest parking time. If you would like to apply for additional permitted parking (blue resident parking stalls) please complete the application. If spots are available you will be assigned a spot immediately, otherwise you will be added to a waiting list. The current cost is $450 per calendar year.

The website has forms that allow residents to make various requests. These forms go to a queue that is monitored by property management and will be responded to in order. The forms include items such as requesting parking exceptions, new key fobs, clubhouse reservations, and maintenance items.
