PIN Code Option

Enter personal gate code (4-digit code) at the callbox

Use gate opener or

Guests

Search Directory Option

Press and release # to view the directory.
Hold # to scroll forward or * to scroll backward.
Locate the desired name in the directory.

Call Code Option

Provide your guest with your 3 digit code from the directory.
Guest enters the #XXX where XXX is the 3-digit directory code from step 1.
Homeowner answers, then holds 9 on their phone keypad to open the gate. If no answer, the guest can hangup by pressing *.

Find your guest gate code

The next time you are at the callbox, push the # button and it will scroll through the resident names. When you find your name, the 3-digit number there is your guest gate code. When you have visitors, contractors, deliveries or repair persons, give them the 3-digit code.

When guests enter your guest code in the format #XXX, the callbox will ring a call to your registered phone number. If you are satisfied that the guest is someone you want to come in, press 9 on your phone. The call will disconnect and the gate will open.

Update or recover personal gate code

Contact APM to recover or update your gate code.
