Pool Rules

1. No access between 11:00PM and 5:00AM SUN-THURS, and 12:00AM and 5:00AM FRI-SAT

2. The pool is for use and enjoyment of the Palms at Mesa Residents and Guests only.

3. Adult supervision of children under 18 years of age is always required.

4. There are no lifeguards on duty, swim at your own risk.

5. Persons with sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, diarrhea, boils or other acute or obvious skin or body infections, or cuts shall be excluded from the pool.

6. No glassware allowed within the pool enclosure.

7. Animals shall be excluded from the pool enclosure, including service animals.

8. No drinks, candy, popcorn, gum, alcohol, or food of any kind shall be permitted in the pool or within four (4) feet of a semi-public bathing place. Food and drink will be allowed within the pool enclosure but outside the area previously described, provided that only paper or plastic service is used.

9. Keep gate(s) closed and latched - DO NOT PROP OPEN GATES.

10. Shower and use the toilet before entering the pool.

11. If incontinent, wear tight fitting rubber or plastic pants or a swim diaper.

12. Observe all safety regulations.

13. Smoking, vaping and any tobacco or marijuana use is not allowed within the pool enclosure, or outside it.

14. No amplified music, please be considerate of others.

15. Only ice chests and coolers are permitted for food and beverage storage.

16. Pool furniture must be at least four (4) feet away from the pool.

17. No motorized vehicles (electric, gas or other), skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, bicycles, roller skates, or similar equipment is permitted in the pool and clubhouse area.

18. Intoxicated/drunk and disorderly behavior is prohibited.

19. All swimmers must wear appropriate swim attire.

20. No wet swimwear or towels in the clubhouse.

21. Running, diving and inappropriate behavior that may lead to personal injury or property damage is prohibited in the pool enclosure.

22. No suntan oils are permitted; however, waterproof, greaseless lotions and sun blockers are permitted and encouraged.

23. 6 maximum guests per household.

Spa Rules

• Shower and use the toilet before entering the spa.

• Adult supervision of children under 18 years of age is always required.

• No smoking, vaping, tobacco, or marijuana use of any kind is allowed.

• No food or drinks of any kind are allowed within four (4) feet of the spa.

• All users must wear appropriate swim attire.

• It is not recommended that children under 5 use the Spa. Please consult your child’s physician before allowing them to use the Spa.

• Do not use the spa while under the influence of alcohol or any prescription drug that may impact your consciousness.

• Persons with sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, diarrhea, boils or other acute or obvious skin or body infections, or cuts shall be excluded from the spa.

• Pregnant women should not use the spa without consulting their physician

• Persons should not spend more than 15 minutes in the spa in any one session.

• Do not use chemicals or oils in the spa.

• Observe all safety regulations.

Violations

• Failure to follow these rules may result in fines, revocation of access to HOA amenities, and possibly criminal charges, depending on the severity of the infraction.

• The Palms at Mesa is a member of the Trespass Enforcement Program and enforces NO TRESPASSING PER A.R.S. 13-1502
