Blue leased parking spaces: Blue leased space renewals are underway and will be completed by the end of July. For those on a waiting list, you will be contacted in the month of July if a space become available. There are approximately 30 people on the wait-list. Currently it looks like at least 8 spaces will not be renewed and those on the waiting list going back to November 2021 until May of 2022 will be contacted. In the upcoming board meeting, we will be talking about this topic and continuing the discussion about possible expansion. If you did not get a chance to fill out the Blue Space Expansion Survey, please feel free to do so.
Parking: For information about the background of parking policies in our community, please refer to this document 20200227 TPAM Parking Overview.pdf. If you are interested in the details about the underlying city zoning regulations, please refer to Mesa's 503.9.2 document labeled Fire Lane Dimensions & Drivable Area which outlines road width requirements. That document is taken from the fire prevention section of the Mesa Arizona Fire and Medical Department's website. Road widths in our community are less than 33' wide which only permits parking on one side of the street.

Their responsibilities include monitoring the community, the clubhouse and parking. If you have questions or concerns about security, please bring those to the upcoming board meeting. As a reminder, you will receive a legal cease and desist letter if you create any unnecessary conflict/issues with the on-site security guard. If you have any other complaints that should require review of security cameras, please email management@thepalmsatmesa.org with any supporting date/times, photos or documentation of any kind.
